Activities to enjoy Eume all year

Four stations: thousands of Constetur Adisciping activities

The Eume is a destination that changes with each station, offering unforgettable experiences at any time of the year. In spring, the explosion of colors in the Fragas do Eume converts hiking into a unique experience, with routes that cross waterfalls, ancient monasteries and impressive viewpoints. Summer is the perfect station to enjoy the beaches of Cabanas, practice aquatic sports on the Eume River or travel the coast in Kayak and Paddle Surf. In autumn, forests are dyed with golden and reddish tones, creating the ideal scenario for horseback riding or bicycle routes. While in winter, the quieter atmosphere invites you to explore the history of the region, visiting monasteries, castles and charming villages, or enjoying the warmth of its cozy restaurants with spectacular views.

Gastronomy and parties at each station

The eume gastronomy adapts to each era of the year, offering fresh products and traditional recipes. In winter, blunt dishes such as the Galician broth, the lacon with grelos or the filloas are perfect to fight the cold. With the arrival of spring, the first gastronomic fairs and Huerta products begin prominence at the tables. Summer is synonymous with seafood, fresh fish and outdoor meals, with events such as the Festa do Marisco in Cabanas. In autumn, the flavors become more intense, with the collection of mushrooms and chestnuts, and the celebration of traditional festivities such as the Magosto, in which the coals illuminate the nights of the region.

The holidays and events flow with the stations, from the winter carnivals to the spring pilgrimages, the outdoor festivities of the summer and the local products fairs in autumn. Each station in the Eume has its own charm, making each visit unique and special.
